I was doing some research for an upcoming post and got distracted by an advertisement by American Apparel.  The next thing I knew, I was shopping for maxi dresses and skirts.  And then I realized, wait a minute, I have a TON of maxi skirts and maxi dresses in my closet.  And so I decided to try out the maxi skirt/dress trend today.

I added the shoes because they have a three inch wedge on them and I figured I needed some height for such a long skirt (I'm only 5'4").  I also love leopard print.
