Wunderkind Cancels Paris Fashion Week Show

Yesterday, it was announced that German-based label Wunderkind has canceled their Paris Fashion Week Show.  The fashion house had undergone a "reconstruction" period that included firing most of their staff.  Wunderkind is currently working on creating a new approach in order to re-invent itself for fashion weeks to come.

I'm disappointed, because I loved their 2011 Spring show.  It had a great German influence with bright florals and I was looking forward to seeing them at fashion week this season.  I hope Wunderkind comes back for 2012 Spring with a vengance.

    Such a disappointment, I guess they want to go in a more commercial direction but I think their shows are visually stunning

    I think the clothes are absolutely Gorgeous. They are so different. Amazing!. Such a breath of Fresh Air. When you look at some of the other designers they are so boring. These designs are different and very very clever.
